In order to have health insurance through the Marketplace,
you must have completed enrollment by March 31, 2014 at www.healthcare.gov
Come to this enrollment event sponsored by The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
You can receive information about benefits, subsidies, premiums, and deductibles for the different health plans available through the Affordable Care Act.
The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties will have trained Health Care Marketplace Navigators to answer questions and assist you in applying.

What to Bring:
* Social Security Numbers (or document numbers for legal immigrants) for the household
* Employer and income information for every member of your household who needs coverage (pay stubs or W-2 forms - Wage and Tax Statements)
* Information about any job-based health insurance you or anyone in your household receives
